i've aged two months

i'm two months old and growing fast. i'm a whopping 9 lbs 10 oz and 22 inches tall. i had my first series of shots and it wasn't too painful, only three pokes by a 2"needle! i was a tough guy for dr. burn and cried just a little bit. good thing mom brought dad along, otherwise we would have had to carry her out. if you haven't seen me for a while, i laugh,

but most of all i am so spoiled by my mom! (still have the soothie tighly held in my mouth, at least i'm growing so it only covers a quarter of my face)

summer celebrations...

it was fun meeting aunt fran + ben for the first time! they couldn't stay long, but promise to be back soon. i think i should go visit them, auntie kasey and martin in sunny california!

memorial holiday

auntie kasey came to visit me all the way from sunny san diego. we had a great memorial holiday hanging out with her. we wish she lived closer, but then again what a great place to visit when i am older!


sue, lindsay and her boys came to visit. we enjoy all of our visitors and i love meeting all of my new friends. grant and taylor taught me a couple new tricks.


i'm full of smiles and keep my big eyes open more and more each day (mom + dad are glad i stay awake during the day not night)


i guess i don't keep my parents busy enough, they thought it's a good time to paint our house!

chicago adventure...

we took our first adventure to chicago with uncle rich, g-pa and g-ma clark. owen enjoyed his first flight and our time window shopping up and down michigan avenue. the weather was incredible the whole time. we stayed in the heart of downtown and were in the mix of a new movie being filmed on e. wacker drive. we had a view from our room so it was fun to watch the helicopter film from above as busses and cars were staged to flip and crash. angelina jolie was on the set filming, but we didn't linger long enough to see her, if it was jessica biel we (or steve) would have been camping out all day and into the night!

chicago adventure...

we were too tired to go out for dinner so we opted to test the room service at the hotel. as you can see by the lovely dessert, it was a great idea and extraordinarily nice!


owen enjoyed his one month party at the drake. at one month, he weighs in at 7 lbs 14 oz and is 20.75 inches long graduating him to 'jumbo peanut' status.
